I dont do alot of blogs so i just wanted to make a list here of my pet peeves..


1. I work with Phones all day long, phone calls going out and coming in, Pt's will call back and say " you called" -- well yes in this day and age at work i should have call display but i dont. So i dont know who you are when you call me back with no information... and there is two or three receptionist on at a time so it could have been any 3 of us.. ususally i remmeber who i have called within the last half hour but i ask some of the girls and they dont rememeber like that.. so i have to ask your name or your number look you up and then look threw your apt or our called list weather or not we called you for an apt that is due, apt confirming, or your owe us money.. I just think its annoying its wasting my time when i could be booking ppl who actually call us for a reason or they pick up there phone when we call.
I suggest people either get an answering machine so we can tell them why we are calling.. or how bout answering your phone... anyways that just ERKS me in the wrong way sometimes.

2. Recently my parents have a grand vattra.. and my sister has my dad olds suzkhi s4 or something.. And they have been having issues. So on warranty or because they need the work done by PROFFESSIONALS ( i use that loosely) they take it to the suzkhi dealership in chilliwack. Now they have had either the worst luck latley or this place sucks big time. My dads car was recalled for something semi minor sent that in .. then something happend and there was loud noises coming from when breaking, they take it in and they tell my dad that the car was beening driven to hard! ???? Well if you know my dad he does drive fast but no hard- he is a mechanice and knows how to take care of his cars.. Come on .. so just more problems keep happening and they expect my parents to pay for all this stuff when it wasnt bad or broken before they took it in.. so the car gets a new motor.. and my dad was pissed with them and goes and buys his Subaru (excellent choice i might add... i want that in the will.. lol) He was trying to sell the sx4 but there were no takers.. so steph my sister wanted a new car.. and mommy and daddy gave that to her.. i think she is paying for it. but really is it a reliable car anymore? I think not!.
Then recently my mom's Grand vatara's timing belt went and they had to send it in for repair. It cost alot and had that work all completed. Then the other day my mom's car went up in smoke.. havent had the word yet on what happened but i can only imagine. More money more work, more stress on my parents for figureing out who will drive who.
So I just have an issue with them and people and there customer service skills and instead of wrighting a letter to the news paper which i always want to do with stupid people and such. i just thought i would say my piece here. If you dont like it dont read it. Thats my motto. My opinion.

Im sure i have other major issues with people..
like lately people are so rude and grumpy.. im a pretty happy person lately and i just made tons of phone calls today and i get either, No english.. ya thanks but no.. or just additude.. Im sorry but every single person i talked today angered me more and more.. so yes yoga breathing was in effect or i would have jumped across the counter and attacked the next person that asked me why they had to wait that long for a cleaning or dont call me im a responsible adult.. ERRRGGH.. just typeing this im pounding harder and harder on the keyboard.. the other girl asked me if im mad at someone.. YES!!!

OMG i have another one i dont like when your working some where for oh lets say years upon years.. and people with less sinority try and tell you what to do.. hahahaha are you kidding me.. i know what i have to do in my job .. i am aware of things that need to be done.. sometimes i dont get to everything.. but expecially with pts i know if they come in for Imps for a certain something in a weeks time they will need to be booked back to pick it.. thanks but no thanks.. dont tell me what to do.. im confident in myself and it really bothers me when they talk to me like that in front of patients.. lol or when your boss is telling you something that you know you have to do.. like duh.. thanks tips.. or hey how bout this.. what are you doing.... uh.... im confirming insurance.. im doing pendings.. how bout my job!!!!>. ok im getting to excited i have to calm down..
i ll do some yoga tonite.
anyways just wanting to spout off a couple Rants for ya.. so you know if you feel the same way your not alone.
